Poster exhibition of spring-admitted graduate students was held on the morning of May, 24th, at hall of Chao Kuang Piu Building,., which aims to further improve education management, explore effective ways of training and improve quality of teaching of graduate students in School of Materials, and accelerate the construction of international first-class disciplines.

The exhibition began at 9:00 am. Master of Science and Doctoral students admitted in 2017, and other graduate students present their recent academic achievement with their posters. Prof. Gaorong Han, Prof. Lixin Chen and several other professors attended this activity. In a strong academic atmosphere of the event, the students presented and demonstrated their research results actively. The voting session followed the exhibition, and finally produced the gold, silver and bronze prizes based on the number of votes. Yunfei Wang, Min Tang, Wei Ye, Xiaojian Wu, Wenli Pan, Xu Ma, Yulu Zhu, Danna Zou were awarded gold prize. Jingyuan Yan, Liyan Zhao, Han Yan, Shilu Zhao, Chaoliang Hu, Shi Li, Fan Xiao, Zizhuo Hu were awarded silver prize. Weisheng Lei, Yanan Zhou, Yongsheng Liu, Zhijie Huang, Lifen Guo, Jian Gu, Beibei Li, Xinwen Sun, Liting Guo were awarded bronze prize. Prof. Gaorong Han and Prof. Lixin Chen presented awards to the winning students.

At the end of this poster exhibition, Prof. Gaorong Han expressed affirmation of participating students'academic results and delivered a summary. The poster exhibition created a platform for academic exchanges, which promoted exchange of scientific research experience among students of different grades and research fields. It’s conducive to the collision of thinking. This exhibition invited teachers from various research groups to serve as judges. Students can better understand the advantages and disadvantages of their research directions and content with the help of judges'reviews.
